The minimum deposit amount is RM20. 95asia does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which 95asia is not responsible. Deposits are credited to your 95asia wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 95asia's finance team. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed same-business-day for eWallet transfers (Touch 'n Go, Boost) and within one business day for bank transfers. 95asia does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected policy violations.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 95asia is not responsible for currency conversion losses arising from the use of foreign-currency payment instruments.
All bonuses, promotional credits, and free bets offered by 95asia are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by product category: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sportsbook bets contribute at rates specified per promotion. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or engaging in coordinated bonus farming — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Bonus funds that are not utilised or wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically without compensation.
All bets and wagers placed on 95asia are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or event, as published within the Platform. 95asia reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious system error or technical malfunction; incorrect odds displayed due to a data feed error; or where there is clear evidence of collusion or match-fixing in the underlying event.
Winnings from voided bets are removed from your account balance; the original stake for a voided bet is returned. 95asia's decision regarding the outcome of disputes relating to bet settlement is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
